1. Purpose of the Service
BoletosLive.com acts exclusively as a technological intermediary between the Event Organizer/Producer and the Final Buyer.
The platform facilitates ticket sales, but the full responsibility for the execution, quality, and content of the event rests with the Organizer identified on each ticket.
2. Purchase Process and Service Charges

Sale Acceptance:
By clicking “Buy”, the user accepts that the transaction is final.

Service Charges:
In addition to the face value of the ticket, a non-refundable service charge will be applied.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelled Events:
The face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Reprogramming:
The ticket will still be valid for the new date.

Withdrawal:
There are no changes or refunds due to personal decision.
4. Ticket Security and Authenticity

Unique Code:
Each ticket has a unique QR code valid for a single entry.

Resale Prohibited:
We are not responsible for tickets purchased outside the official domain.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed under strict security standards for:

6. Limitation of Liability
BoletosLive.com is not responsible for personal injury, loss of belongings or incidents occurring within the venue.
7. Right of Admission and Stay
- Access will not be permitted under the influence of substances.
- Violent behavior may result in expulsion.
- The user accepts security reviews.
8. Use of Images and Recordings
- The event may be recorded in audio and video.
- The user authorizes the use of their image.
- Professional equipment is not permitted without authorization.
9. Payment Processing and Security
9.1 Authorized Footbridges
We use processors certified under PCI-DSS standards.
9.2 Identity Verification
We may request additional documentation and apply 3D Secure protocols.
9.3 Irrevocability
The user agrees not to request unjustified chargebacks.
9.4 Price Composition
- Face value of the ticket.
- Platform Service Fee.
9.5 Errors and Double Charges
The user must report incidents within a maximum period of 48 hours.
